Thank you for taking the time to visit our school website. The website is packed full of useful information, interesting photos and videos and I hope you will get from it a sense of the caring, warm and welcoming community that is Carr Primary School.
At Carr we have a thriving, vibrant community, full of learning, laughter and friendship. Our children are happy, feel safe and valued and are encouraged to do their best, whatever their individual needs. We pride ourselves in providing all-inclusive, child-centred education where each child is valued as an individual and is provided with the support and encouragement to reach their full potential. The dedicated and highly experienced staff at Carr work effectively to help children to become independent, confident learners, ready to take their place in society as mature and responsible young adults.
At Carr, we consider ourselves to be a family – each member of our family is unique and different but all hold the same family values. Our family continues to grow year on year as new pupils, parents, staff and governors join us and bring new skills and talents to continually improve ‘our wee school’.
If you would like to visit ‘our wee school’, contact us to arrange a tour (when guidelines allow for this). I will be happy to show you around and answer any questions you may have.
